Hi, I'm Nil.
I'm a strategist with a particular fondness for Sundays and a personal lore that has become its own complex mythology. Nonetheless, the story goes like this.

I was born in Istanbul, educated in the French academic system, and trained as a visual thinker in Tokyo. Since 2011, I've followed a scent working in public relations, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, fashion, jewellery, specialty coffee, and events. I've built businesses from the ground up across several of these, designed products and systems, which means I understand the texture of founding, not just advising. After all, specialisation is for insects. This range is what allows Sunday Roast to sit above function and view the entire ecosystem of a brand.

When not advising, I'm busy building my own ventures. I'm currently developing projects in hospitality and wellness, which ensures my counsel remains grounded in reality rather than theory.
