A world where companies grow by design, not chance.

We are a London-based consultancy sworn to helping founders think in high-level company direction and strategy.

We establish the internal logic that enables peace of mind, operational grace, and long-term legacy.

Hi, I'm Nil.

Hi, I'm Nil.

I'm a strategist with a particular fondness for Sundays and a personal lore that has become its own complex mythology. Nonetheless, the story goes like this.

I was born in Istanbul, educated in the French academic system, and trained as a visual thinker in Tokyo. Since 2011, I've followed a scent working across many sectors and disciplines, working in businesses, building businesses, creating songs, videos, products, services, and developing systems. After all, specialisation is for insects. This range is what allows Sunday Roast to sit above function and view the entire ecosystem of a brand.

When not advising, I build my own ventures in hospitality and retail. This ensures my counsel remains grounded in reality rather than theory. Needless to say, I am a disciple of the practice-what-you-preach doctrine.

How we work

We operate upstream of execution, in the territory where direction is established and trade-offs are enforced.

Our approach is direct. We interrogate until the essential truth emerges. We name the things being avoided and intentionally slow down when speed is merely masking confusion. We don't just solve problems; we build structures designed to endure our eventual absence.

Our non-negotiables:
→ Clarity over comfort
→ Perspective over granularity
→ Respect for creative authorship
→ Stewardship, not dependency
→ Integrity without exception

Who we work with

We are not for founders looking for motivation, validation or outsourced thinking. We are for those prepared to make definitive decisions and own the consequences.

Clients choose us because they want fewer decisions, made with greater precision. They require an observer capable of helping them define what’s next.
